Once enrolled in RESET, you will receive a copy of this contract in your Welcome Package.

LEGAL ENTITY & BRAND
Legal Entity & Brand RESET is offered under the brand Portal & Beyond, legally represented by Trabelsi Coaching & Therapy, a sole proprietorship registered in Geneva, Switzerland. Commercial Registry No: CH-660.0.464.022-1 VAT No: CH-660.0.464.022-1

ACCESS & DURATION
RESET is an activation container that spans 3 months, followed by an additional 3 months of integration space. Participants are granted access to group communication, live calls, and digital materials for a total of 6 months. The flow and delivery of this space may evolve at any time, without notice.

CANCELLATION
Once payment is made, your access to RESET is confirmed and final. No cancellations will be accepted. Access begins on the date of enrollment and continues for 190 consecutive days (equivalent to 6 months). This includes the activation and integration phases. Whether or not you choose to engage fully, this space is considered entered from day one. By enrolling, you acknowledge that this is a sovereign commitment — not a trial, but a threshold.

INTELLECTUAL OWNERSHIP
We take our IP very seriously. All language, materials, and content shared within RESET are the intellectual property of Trabelsi Coaching & Therapy. Nothing may be shared, copied, or repurposed outside the container without written permission.

JURISDICTION
This agreement is governed by Swiss law. Any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

ACTIVATION RESPONSIBILITY
RESET is not therapy, advice, or coaching. It is an activation of remembrance. You enter by choice and you are fully responsible for how you engage, integrate, and respond to what arises. No results are promised. What you receive depends on what you meet.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS
RESET is a living container. Its terms, structure, and delivery may evolve at any time without prior notice. Your continued access implies full acceptance of any such updates
